Refund policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Vibe & Sell · The 30 day challenge · Cohort 1
Last updated: August 20, 2026 Applies to: cohort 1, sold from August 22 to September 14, 2026, running from September 21 to October 20, 2026.
Every time on this page is US Eastern Time (ET).
The guarantee, written the same way it is on the sales page
If you do the daily work in good faith and you don't finish with your app live and your waitlist running, we give you every dollar back. Do the work and you have nothing to lose.
This page exists so that "in good faith" doesn't depend on who's in a bad mood that day. Here it's measured, with a number and a date, so you know before you pay exactly what you have to do and exactly when you can ask for your money.
Nothing on this page takes away anything the sales page promised you. If you ever find a difference between the two, the one that favors you wins.
The 30 second summary
There are two ways to get your money back. They're different and they don't overlap.
| Path 1: you changed your mind | Path 2: you did the work and didn't get there | |
|---|---|---|
| When you ask | From the moment you pay until Sunday, September 27 at 11:59 pm ET (end of day 7) | From Tuesday, October 20 to Tuesday, November 3 at 11:59 pm ET |
| What you have to explain | Nothing. Not one word. | That you did the work. We already have it written down. |
| How much you get back | The full $297 USD | The full $297 USD |
| Conditions | None | 22 check-ins out of 30, plus the 10 core tasks |
Between day 8 and day 29 there's no refund for changing your mind. That's on purpose and it's explained below.
1. What you bought and who you bought it from
You bought a spot in cohort 1 of the Vibe & Sell 30 day challenge, for $297 USD, in one payment.
It's sold to you by Isabella Fernández, an individual, with a professional address in Madrid, Spain. Contact email: hello@vibeandsell.club.
$297 USD is the total price. We don't charge you anything else, not to get in and not during the challenge.
2. Path 1: you changed your mind
Until Sunday, September 27 at 11:59 pm ET, you write to hello@vibeandsell.club and we give you the full $297 back.
Without explaining why. No retention call. Nobody asking you what we could have done better. You write "I want my refund" and that's it.
September 27 is the Sunday of day 7, which is the end of the first week. By then you've watched seven videos, done seven tasks, met your pod and sat through the first live session. If that's what it took to realize this isn't for you, we don't want your money.
This also applies if you bought on August 22 and nothing has started yet. The window runs from the moment you pay.
3. Path 2: the results guarantee
This is the guarantee the sales page is talking about.
You ask for it between Tuesday, October 20 and Tuesday, November 3 at 11:59 pm ET.
Why not earlier
Because the guarantee is about not finishing, and until day 30 nobody has finished or not finished. October 20 is Demo Day, which is the day it's actually known whether you have your two things or not. Asking for it on day 3 would be asking for a refund on something that hasn't happened yet.
If on day 3 you already know this wasn't for you, you're not trapped: path 1 is open to you until day 7.
Why there's a deadline
Because 14 days after Demo Day you know perfectly well whether you have your two deliverables. And because card refunds have a technical time limit: if you wait months, your bank may no longer accept the money back onto your card and it gets complicated for both of us.
What has to be true for it to apply
Both of these at the same time:
a) You did the work. Which means:
- You published your check-in on at least 22 of the 30 days, and
- You completed and published the 10 core tasks (days 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19 and 24).
b) And you still didn't finish with your app live or with your waitlist running. If either one of the two is missing, the guarantee applies.
If both of those are true, we give you the full $297 back. There is no hidden third condition.
4. What counts as a check-in
A check-in counts if:
- You posted it in the official community, in the thread for that day.
- You posted it before 11:59 pm ET the following day. So you have 24 hours of margin on the day itself. The day 9 check-in counts if you post it on day 9 or on day 10.
- It has whatever that day asks for (a link, a screenshot, a short video, one sentence, whatever the task says).
Things that also count, so there's no doubt:
- The short path counts exactly the same as the long one. Every day has its 20 minute version. If you did the 20 minute version, you did the task. Period.
- Posting that you got stuck counts as the task being done on the days where the challenge says so (day 11 is the clear case). If you wrote what you asked for, what happened and what you tried, that's the task for that day.
- Quality doesn't matter. We're not grading your app or your content. We're looking at whether you showed up and did the work.
Things that don't count:
- Having done it but not having posted it. If it isn't posted, we can't see it, so we can't count it. This is the one strict rule and that's why we tell you on day 1, not on day 31.
- Posting it more than one day late.
5. The 10 core tasks
These are the ten that produce the two things we promised you. If someone could only do ten days of the challenge, these would be the ten.
| Day | Date | Core task | What you post for it to count |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | Tue Sep 22 | Idea picked and one liner written | Your one liner, one sentence |
| 3 | Wed Sep 23 | Your app exists on screen | Screenshot or video of your app |
| 6 | Sat Sep 26 | Waitlist published and working | Your waitlist link, live |
| 9 | Tue Sep 29 | Main screen you can navigate | Short video moving through your app |
| 10 | Wed Sep 30 | Data connected and saving | Video of you typing, reloading, and it's still there |
| 11 | Thu Oct 1 | Key feature working | Video of your feature, or your well written question if you got stuck |
| 17 | Wed Oct 7 | Payments set up and tested | Screenshot of your test payment received |
| 18 | Thu Oct 8 | App published on the internet | Your link, live |
| 19 | Fri Oct 9 | Sales landing page published | Your landing page link |
| 24 | Wed Oct 14 | Piece published with a call to your waitlist | The link to the piece |
All ten have the same 24 hour margin as any other check-in.
6. What "app live" and "waitlist running" actually mean
This is the part that prevents the most arguments, so we're spelling it out.
Your app is live if it meets all four:
- It lives on the internet with a public link anyone can open.
- It does its key function from start to finish.
- It has a way to charge money connected, tested with a real test payment.
- It has its sales page published.
Your waitlist is running if it meets all four:
- It's a public page with an email field that works.
- The emails get saved to a list that's yours.
- It sends its automatic welcome email.
- You published the link at least once on a public channel.
What we do not promise, said plainly: we don't promise you a number of signups or a number of sales. How many people sign up depends on your audience, your idea and the world, and nobody controls that, not you and not us. What we promise you is the machine built and working. If anyone promises you a number of customers, they're lying to you.
7. When what's stopping you isn't up to you
These are exceptions in your favor. They exist because it would be unfair to deny you the guarantee over something we told you wouldn't stop you.
If a payment platform rejects you or leaves you in verification limbo. Day 17 counts as done if you send us the screenshot showing you tried with the main option and with the plan B we give you that day, and one of the two rejected you or left you waiting. Nobody loses the guarantee because a bank didn't verify her in time.
If a tool we asked you to use goes down or changes its terms mid challenge. We give you an alternative and that day counts as done with the evidence that you tried.
If you get sick or something serious happens. Write to us. We're not going to ask you for a doctor's note or interrogate you. What normally happens is that we move you to cohort 2 at no cost, with your founding price honored, instead of giving you the money back. If you'd rather have the money and you're inside the path 1 window, we give it back.
If life lands on you and you can't continue after day 7. Write to us anyway. Outside the path 1 window there's no automatic refund, but we do offer you the pass to cohort 2. This isn't a right we can guarantee you in writing, it's something we do because it seems right, and that's why we say it exactly like this instead of promising it.
8. If we cancel or move the cohort
There are no conditions of any kind here.
- If we cancel before September 21: we give you the full $297 back without you having to ask, within the following 10 business days.
- If we move the date: you choose. Either you go to the new date, or we give you the full $297 back.
- If we cancel once the cohort has already started: we give you the full $297 back, not prorated, no matter how many days you'd done.
- If more than two of the four live sessions get cancelled and aren't rescheduled: you can ask for the full $297 up to 14 days after Demo Day, without meeting any other condition.
9. How to ask
Write to hello@vibeandsell.club with the subject line REFUND.
Include:
- Your name and the email you bought with.
- Which of the two paths you're using (path 1 or path 2).
- If it's path 2, in one line: what you were missing, the app or the waitlist.
That's all. There's no form, there's no mandatory call, and there are no reasons to give if it's path 1.
10. What happens after you write
We answer you within 3 business days at the most.
If it's path 1, the answer is yes. There's nothing to review.
If it's path 2, we look at your tracking sheet, the same one that gets updated twice a week during the whole challenge and that you can ask to see whenever you want, including in the middle of the challenge. Your 30 check-in boxes and your 10 core boxes are on it.
If the sheet says you did the work, we give you everything back that same day and we thank you. There's no negotiating, no counteroffer, no "but stay".
If the sheet says you didn't hit the numbers, we send you the full sheet so you can see it with your own eyes. If you think we've made a mistake, you tell us with the evidence (a link, a screenshot, the date you posted) and we fix it. You have 7 days to reply and we have 3 business days to review it again. Reasonable doubt goes in your favor.
11. How the money reaches you
- The full $297 USD, with nothing taken off.
- To the same card you paid with. It's the only way a card charge can be refunded.
- We send it within 5 business days of approval.
- Your bank normally takes another 5 to 10 business days to show it to you. That part is out of our hands.
We absorb the payment processing fees. You get the full $297 back. If your card is in another currency and your bank charged you something for the exchange, that charge belongs to your bank and we don't control it, but we refund $297 USD, which is exactly what we charged.
12. What this guarantee doesn't cover
So nobody gets a surprise:
- It doesn't cover changing your mind between day 8 and day 29. That's what the entire first week is for, and it's why we give it to you with no conditions.
- It doesn't cover not showing up. If you disappeared in week 2 and never came back, the guarantee doesn't apply. This is already said the same way on the sales page.
- It doesn't cover your app not selling. We never promised you sales or a number of signups.
- It doesn't cover what you pay other platforms. If you bought a domain, a paid plan on some tool, or ads, that doesn't go through us and we can't refund it to you.
- It doesn't cover anyone removed for seriously breaking the community rules (harassment, harming another participant, selling inside the group, sharing her access). If that happens within the first week, path 1 is still open to you.
- There are no partial refunds. It's all or it's nothing. It's cleaner for both of us.
13. If you don't agree with our decision
Write to us again, with whatever you think we looked at wrong. Isa reviews it herself.
If it still feels unfair to you, you have the right to complain wherever you want, including to the consumer protection authorities of the state where you live. This policy doesn't take away any right the law of your place of residence gives you.
One favor, and it really is a favor and not a condition: before you go to your bank to dispute the charge, write to us. A dispute takes 60 to 90 days and both of us lose. We resolve it in 3 days. You can dispute whenever you want, that right is yours and nobody can take it from you, but give us the 3 days first.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change something, it doesn't apply backwards. What you bought is governed by the version that was published the day you paid, and we can send you that version whenever you ask.
